Akot Malek, 30, and Wol Wol, 28, both of Marshalltown were cited for disorderly conduct, a simple misdemeanor, in the park adjacent to Tallcorn Tower around 5:30 pm, said Capt. Mike Hanken of the Marshalltown Police Department.
