The courses, free of any charges, are conducted at the Kalapeedham centres at Vaikom and Attingal. Panchavadyam, Thakil, and Nagaswaram are the main topics at both the centres. A Mudiyettu course will be introduced at Vaikom from this year.

Recently, following the demand from techies, the KSRTC has included Technopark in its Volvo service to Attingal. Interestingly, it is not the petrol price alone, but also parking woes that are a reason for the techies to choose public transport.
